had recall done by outside contractor on briggsand stratton engine after running engine seized neither contractor ar sears will help contractor says they do not take out drain plug tochange oil which could be true but it is the filler plug that was missing but sears nor service people will listen al theysay is I should have checked oil before running what they do not listen is there was oil on start up but it leaked out through the missing plug also they broke of a bolt in cover which they also deny doing i feel i got totaly shafted by sears and the contractor who by the way is not even a reconized dealer for briggs and stratton read full review »

I hooked up my first computer this past september 07, And I have been paying14.95 each month for something I never ordered, Odyssey Streaming Radio. At first I thought it was part of my internet fee, because AT+T did not bill me every month, When I called odyssey 1-800-441-9678 they told me I ordered it, but I would have remembered this and I searched my computer for the file and found nothing. I am unable to go online for the past 3 days. I have got a bsnl connection and i have complained to them. But they say the problem is with the server. I don't think the server will go down for 3 days... But no response from them... I got fed up of the connection... I have got a new connection just one month back... Customer service is very bad.

This is NOT a complaint but HIGH PRAISE. I ordered shoes online and my weird feet are hard to fit, so I had to call their Customer Service and to my amazement, a human being answered. No computer. No press 1 for this, 2 for that, etc... A friendly human being who solved my problem immediately and mailed me the heel grippers i needed for FREE.

Receive late night calls from 948-576-0219. When we dial, get a message that calls are not accepted by this number: DO NOT DIAL THIS NUMBER. Well, they dialed ours. And from a quick Google search, it appears that a whole lot of people are getting hang-up calls from this number. Somebody said it was a FAX SPAMMER, but we don't hear any fax tone. If it is a mass marketer's auto-dial gone insane, can't it be stopped. You'd be a bit ticked off if you got calls at 2am. read full review »

I purchased Glidden paint on June 30, 2007 and saw that Home Depot was offering a rebate program for this purchase. I completed the form, attached the receipt, attached the bar code from the can and mailed the first week of July, 2007. I called the Glidden 800# on 10/10/07 to ask where my check was, and the service rep said it would be mailed out that week - 'sorry for the delay'.

Kinda sad but i was forced to call up the lean holder and tell them the truth about these lowlifes and when they found out the truth the bank undid the deal so sand got mad and called me up and told us to return the vehicles to them rite away... o well sucks when the tables are turned maybe the will learn that not everyone is as dumb as they are.

When I opened the bottle, it did not have the piece which hooks to the pump to dispense the cream. I called your customer service line but could not reach a rep. It was totally automated.
