I purchased a pair of REEBOK Basketball Shoes from Bahrain and the stitches on the right shoe came out on the second day of use itself. Now I cannot use the shoe at all as the sponge cushioning will come out. I am very sad and upset as I had saved quite a bit to buy the shoe and it didn't last me more than 2 days! I registered for a 1 hour wifi access from the Hyderabad airport wifi hotspot. After the account information and credit card details are entered and upon submiting, the page errored out. My Aqua guard water purifier is not functioning properly. I lodged a complaint with the customer care cell of Aquaguard Chennai Tamil Nadu, India. Complaint reference No is 56563 dated 17 Feb 08, however its been one week now no one has attended the complaint. Whenever we make an enquiry, we are told that the service engineer is on his way. I think for a reputed company like AQUA GUARD it is a very very poor show. I was a customer in love with DirecTV. Never had one problem in almost four years. I had the wonderful DirecTV Tivo box. While paying my bill online, I noticed that DirecTV were offering boxes that held up to 100 hours. My old box only held 30. So I decided to "upgrade".
