I rented an RV from Norms RV in Poway California...on check out they said I put a small scrap on the back right corner...I don't think I did it...they then had their own body shop give a sky high repair estimate of $323 and kept that out of my $500 deposite. We purchased a xbox 360 game system for my son Christmas 2006 and the system has stopped working 1 year and 1 month after the purchase. The warranty on this product is 1 year. Surprise surprise!!! I attempted to claim the $25.00 gift card at www.valueplusonline.com web site, however was directed to Complaints Board web site. I recieved a letter in the mail claiming I had signed up for their membership to save in online coupons. This is not true. I have no reason to do so as I am not a coupon user. I did call the phone number on the letter( 1 888 833 7279 ) to cancel the membership. I spoke to two different people. Only one of them gave me a confirmation number for the cancellation.
