WS LEASING LTD is a car lease company located in Vancouver BC. If you visit a dealer and they ask you to submit your application to this lease company then BEWARE! We order 300 DVD plastic cases from this company on 02/08/08 recieve them by UPS ground on 02/18/08 . We recieved 3 cases . 2 0f the case's were taped on the end And the boxes filled with taped in cardboard so as to look like they were full ! 1 case had 100 in it , the 2nd had 79 . The car over all is ok(my wife wanted the car?). I don't drive it much but one day in July 2007, I noticed something wrong with the performance and for what ever reason I looed in the rear view mirror and all I saw was WHITE SMOKE covering the whole entire hyway. I ordered a camcorder and a protective UV lens. I got a call the next day trying to upsell the battery. They stated that the battery with the camera would only last 20 minutes. I purchased a black denim school bag (bigger size one) around one month ago in Birmingham LV shop. However, that bag was not my first choice. I prefered the big mini monogram in brown colour. The Salesman just lied to me that LV stopped to produce such kind of bags. But I saw that bag in London LV shop 2 weeks later. That Salesman is not professional at all. The presentation of the conditions is done with no indication that the information is more than that given to define the product. I was not able to discern that there was a "condition" as the presentation of the material did not indicate that one should click on that statement in order to review more information. I was offered the opportunityto return only one of the two bottles that I received. I would only receive a refund of $70.00. My husband and I checked into the Days Inn Port Wentworth, Georgia. We asked for a non-smoking room. We checked out around 6:00 AM. When I looked at what I was charged, I found an additional $50 charge. After calling the hotel, and speaking with the manager, I was told that housekeeping said we had smoked in the room. My ajnali food processor's adapter for blades was damaged.. From Last 8 months i had approached various dealers and shops , but then the part is not available. I purchased an Asko washer/dryer combo in 2006 3 months after purchase the entire circut board melted. after 2 months of hassle I had the unit replaced. Jan 08 the new unit was continually putting water into the dry cycle. then quit working entirely. After 4 service calls the unit still does not dry. I was told that 3 to 5 hours to dry 2 pair of jeans is normal (on what planet). The company refuses to send anyone to fix it. I wrote a week ago complaining about the second mattress that I bought at Big Lots. This one is the same as the first, the sides are sagging severely.
