I am another victim of their cheating business. They are showing very big picture in their sales meeting of more than one hour and somehow pursuading to take their membership. Fresh Direct has the worst customer service ever! Tuesday night before Thanksgiving I was home waiting for my order until 11:30pm. I ordered 16 placesettings of dinnerware on August 6. It is now December 1 and I am still waiting for the last three placesettings to arrive. I have contacted Macys.com over fifteen times. Each time they promise to look in to this and call me back but no one ever does. I often ask for a supervisor but they are either not available or also promise to call me back but never do. I have a GE Profile side-by-side Arctica PSS27SGNABS refrigerator/freezer. For a few weeks the refrigerator seemed to keep things too cold and the freezer wouldn't stay at 0 F (tended toward 6 F). Bought a new 2008 snowmobile from yamaha and from the start it was way too load and they wouldn't do anything about it unless I payed to have them tear the engine down while still on warranty. Noise worsened over time with still no success from Yamaha motors. Later spent hundreds for tear down of tunnel/exhaust nothing found. Later engine blew apart with only 2400 miles. There again they said I would have to pay for tear down and I did otherwise they wouldn't even consider warranty. The company has staffing to answer emergency calls on evening and weekends, but don't call for technical service or an accounting issue. The company states customer service is available 24/7 in their advertising and when customers talk to telephone reps. But what the company does not tell you is that technical services are available on m-f from 9-5. Brinkerhoff's were the only appliance company in the area that claimed they had both parts in stock. I verified the part numbers to be sure.
