I now have photographic proof (& evidence in print) that BofA alters dates for scheduled payments causing clients to potentially overdraw their funds and BofA then collects a $35 fee every time it happens. I recently placed an order for thermogloves from this company. After taking my money via Yahoo Stores they sent me an email that the goods were out of stock. They did not give any indication when the gloves would be back in stock and asked if i wanted to cancel the order. Shopping cart software should know stock levels so how come the order went through? When i queried their practices and failing to advise an estimated delivery time they cancelled my order. I have tried to receive a better rate at Doubletree Hotel by submitting a several claim forms. They have not responded to my last couple of claims even though the rate is lower. I have contacted the customer care dep't to be stalled once again. I agree with the other complaints on this board that the best rate guarantee at Hilton is a scam. When I called and sent written request to cancel I was told since I saw this company at the "home show" I don't have three days to cancel. We are just warning all traders and the public NOT to deal with a company called EH Poland as they will promise you the world and supply you a load of rubbish. This happened to us with an order of 15, 000 Euros. We actually flew over to meet with the company, all seemed good and straightforward until our container arrived.
