I custom repaired their 2 gem cars for their business to be street legal and road worth and still waiting for payment on their open/outstanding invoices since March and it is now November. I changed CC processing vendor on October 2009, sent the cancellation request with the local agent I was working with. The monthly chgarges still got deducted from my account. This software outfit, based in Belarus, is running a renewal scam on SEOs who buy their software. What they are doing is including a limited subscription update of search engine information in the purchase. However when the subscription runs out, the software is blocked by them, stops using search data altogether. The annual renewal fee is equivalent to the purchase price of the software itself. Prepared Pennsylvania Income Tax Return using H&R Block At Home software, which I purchased at Best Buy. It made a big error, offsetting gains against losses. That is not allowed by Pennsylvania. When I got a bill from the State, including penalties, I called H&R Block. They did not acknowledge the error and demanded a lot of paper and computer files on CD's. It is the same bank and if they had taken the time to look at the statement, they would see that my bank will deduct the money from my saving to take care of any balances for my checking. Santander offered me a settlement on my vehicle. I complied with the settlement amount and sent the check within the dates that were discussed. However Santander, 45 days later, still has not sent my title. As proof I kept the settlement letter but they are suggesting I still owe a balance.
