They will lowball you with a price for the item you want. A day later you will get an "urgent" email asking you to call about your order. In my case they told me that the camcorder I ordered does not come with a battery or charger ! They then proceeded to try to sell me a battery and charger for another $140. Turns out that the camera comes with a battery and an AC adaptor that plugs into the camera itself which actuually charges the battery. No separate charger is needed. Botoholic had it on their site that if you were dissatisfied, you could get your money back if you said so within 72 hours.
