I purchased a Lexmark printer Impact S-305 All-in-1 in June 2010. I liked the colors and the price of the ink cartridges. I would ask to speak with an associate higher than customer service I would be hung up on, when I called for higher level contact # I was hung up on. I just phoned this company and they claim I have an account. I never authorized an account with these people and they have been taking money out of my account since March 2011. I have no idea how or why they have my information. I called my bank and they said I have to come in and file a complaint and cancel my card.
