We recently did a loan modification with our mortgage company which we haven't had any problems with for years. The loan modification was supposed to lower our payments. However, before doing this we had to pay more for the next three months, I guess to show loan worthiness. I took my car for an oil change on 5/26/11 to Monroe Muffler and before rotating tires I was told that the left rear tire was uneven due to the belt inside shifting therefore making making the inside of the tire worn.
