I accidentally set my alarm off, they called me for the code which was never given to me. When they determined I couldnt provide this information they called the police which was dispatched and sent to my home (guns drawn and even a chopper). I called them after receiving a violation citation from the city of Houston due to no permit to have an alarm system to complain but they said it was all explained to me during my sales conversation. I purchased a $100 pet gate at the Orange CIty, FL PetCo. The gate didn't work for me so I took it back the next day and the clerk remembered me. However, I couldn't find my reciept so her manager refused to refund my money and gave me a git card instead. I told her nope, it was on a credit card so it is easily tracked just refund my credit card. She refused with a little smirk and walked away. They offer a $500.00 closing cost program for mortgages and refi's. They pursue you to death. Then they warn you if your appraisal doesn't come in your rate will go up 1/4 percentage point. Naturally your appraisal doesn't come in so your in for higher rate. Then they DON'T tell you that there is a desk appraisal where if that doesn't go through you have to also pay PMI and come to the closing with thousands of dollars in cash. This is exactly what happened to me. I lost my job on 9/10 and while making a phone payment one day I heard a robo message that said I might be able to get help with my loan. Hi, We have raised a complaint on our non working state of Onida washing machine 7.5 kgs on 2nd may. On many reminders, service engineer (Ramesh) came to check the washing machine and informed that there is some switch which needs to be replaced. After that no response from him till date. I purchased an Acer Aspire M5201 desktop and used it for a bit over a year and had hard drive failure out of warranty. Contacted Acer tech support once new hard drive installed because restore disks were Vista 32 bit and the system came with Vista 64 bit installed to access all the memory. Explained to them that system came with 64 bit per-installed which they said could not be (my receipt shows 64 bit), they escalated to level 2 and they said I need to buy the 64 bit disks! I posted a parcel from UK to India on 3rd May, I was assured that it would reach in 7 working days. The web tracking system shows that it was received by the Indian postal services on 11th May and sent to the domestic location.
