The Fireplace People on Rt. 73 in West Berlin, NJ did not install our fireplace properly. As a result, an ember fell through an opening in the firebox and ignited a wood support starting a fire that caused so much damage we were out of our house for 8 months. Not only has Sun Toyota of New Port Richey lied to me about the Camry I bought from them regarding financing, yesterday I received an email from General Manager Joe Reth telling me I am 1 of 39 people this email was sent to stating "He can, and will" finance my current auto balance to 0% even if I have bad credit, stating this is not a "gimmick, this is real". Our housing loan funds will not be released due to reasons which have not been communicated to us in writing and is not stated in the contract. 2011 Ford F-150 has Sirius radio button on dashboard and I was told by the salesman that I would get free Sirius Radio for six months. However, in spite of having the button on the dash, the truck was not equipped for Sirius. I was told that since it did not state that Sirius was included on the sticker I should have known it was not available, in spite of what the salesman told me. Got no help from Ford on this and several other issues. Was told that the dealership is independently owned and operated so they have no say in the matter. Well I went to El Jefe's Mexican restraunt in Hope today only to be very very dissapointed. I came in at about 12 in the after noon for a small snack of steak tacos. The server promptly brought out my tacos but when i began eating them they were engulfed in extremly hot sauce. If I am not mistaken I orded tacos carna asada with no hot sauce.
