Zicom is know for Electronic Survelliance Products. However, one of the Products I have been using i.e. the Video Door Phone is pathetic. The product's power unit smokes out and the product becomes completely defunct. I have replaced the unit earlier when (luckily) it was within warranty. And they mentioned that the unit is not robust and becomes defunct if their is power fluctuation. I pulled my credit report and I saw that I have a judgement filed against me by Laridian Consulting LLC for an old debt that had past it's 7 year mark. I don't live at that address anymore so I never got the notices to appear in court. I see that this company has several complaints against them for false judgements. Had a package sent to me from Singapore on May 3, 2011. By May 5th, it had reached Hong Kong and then been sent out. That is, according to DHL's online tracking system. On 6 April 2011 I signed up for a 5 day trial period. Four days later Music Crawler helped themselves to £54.61 from my credit card. They offer no facility to cancel prior to the expiry of the trial. I recieved an email from patrick sipho stating that a Mr Mark Tracy had passed away and that he wanted my help to get $9.8 million pounds before the government took it for themselves. I had a call on Saturday morning to my house. The caller had a high pitched vioce and pronounced accent. I asked to speak with someone who spoke English better so I could let them know I was on the Do Not Call list. They hung up then called back and called me a Bit-- repeatedly. I filed a complaint with them . The calls started as soon as I got Vonage. I returned their call, as they didn't leave a VM and they said they would take me off their list. NOT! They said they're associated with Vonage, and I've complained to them also. I found out who they are by doing a reverse phone number search.
