To inform with deep regrate that IRCTC Tatkal online (e-ticket) reservation process is of no use with session getting drop or unavailable during initial hours of it's opening period. Mercantile Adjustment called my home at 7:04pm on Saturday May 14 and left a collections voice message. They have invaded my privacy illegally by calling a phone number that they dug up somewhere. I have never had a bill go into collections and and have never been late with a payment in over 40 years. I bought a game for my little kid at a Microcenter store in Westmont, IL The game title is: Sim City 4 Rush Hour Deluxe for Mac. I looked at the price ($59), looked at the box (nice and shiny), asked the sales person if that is something I could present to my 5 year old kid - no problem he said. So I bought it. WAM have an inside arrangement with the credit bureaus because they report you first without any evidence and force you to pay the money you might or might not owe. There is no process. You either pay or mess your credit. Even after you pay, your credit is messed up. This company charged us $2, 500 for their advertising services. The service was never delivered, we requested a refund, did everything we were requested according to our contract. They said the refund would come in 1 month, it's been 3 months already. Carlo Pace, the person supposedly in charge of this, stopped answering the phone. Never calls back. Once he told me that the money was on its way, which was a lie. Very bad, unethical company, avoid. Never hire them for your advertising needs. Plumbers did some initial work and never showed up to finish the job. They left us waiting for more than a week not returning phone calls and making all kind of possible and imaginable excuse not to show up. Their work was also not clean with many debries left behind.
