I had quit the company almost a year ago. I recently noticed that I was charged. They had been sending me e mails but I thought it was just part of the tactics to bring you back. I suspect I have been charged for the year and I resent it. They make it very difficult to quit. I don't know to this day if I am truly off the rolls. I didn't even complete one week with them before I asked to quit. They are very hard to get ahold of and I don't seen ANY credits for what they have charged me. Hello, I purchase satin strands hair from sally's beauty supply corporation. After the hair was extended on to my hair the began to brittle, break, matt, tangle! I personally have never used this establishment, I was using the laundry service across the street. When the owner of this salon came out, cleaning the parking lot. We have been trying to find our rebate since March and long behold the employee entering the information into the computer system spelt our name wrong. There is now a card being sent in the wrong name, which will make it hard for us to use it because most places check identification for the use of credit cards. On March 13 2011 I placed an order for a 3inch Black Diamond lift kit, 2 kc lights and a dropped pitman arm. Within that week I got the dropped pitman arm, ok cool.
