School has no issue changing "school policies" (using term loosely) without informing students or even administration and leaving veterans in a hardship. Information is usually found out through other routes than the college or the persons responsible for the change. Change isn't the issue here, its the lack of respect from the responsible person to inform students of changes before it causes such a hardship. I worked in this hospital for years so I know how bad their administration was especially the salary department. 90% of the foreign nurses, including me, experienced our salaries being either delayed, cut-off from our benefits, our salaries reduced for no reason, our vacation pay was also reduced which other government hospital nurses do not experience.
