I found out about this when my Credit Card company contacted me about an unusual charge on my card. I disputed the charge and my card company cancelled my card and issued a new one. I also called the vendor...they said I had signed up for this savings club. I didn't remember doing tihs, but I told them I wanted to cancel. They said okay. Months later, I am still getting bills for this Savings Club. I called again to cancel and was told that the only way I could cancel is if I paid the $59.70 that was now past due. I ordered 4 packages of dog treats which should last 6 months to find that they shipped merchandise that will expire in 2 months. They refused to pay return shipping charges claiming that the food was not expired when it arrived. They cite their policy which I have never seen. Their excuse is lame and they should be shamed of themselves for such business practices. They least they could do is to pay the return shipping costs. read full review »

On October 18th I purchased brand new major appliances for my newly rehabbed kitchen from Lowe’s: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Out of those four appliances, three have broken. A couple of months ago I had someone out to fix the dishwasher. The stove's gas shut-off valve does not work (figured this out after coming home with my newborn to a house full of gas; still have not gotten fixed as I just cannot find the time).

So we schedule them for Saturday between the times of 1-4 pm to clean our carpets after we moved into our new place, they were cleaning the empty apartment at our old place. My husband and my little 8 month old went to the apartment and waited while I got my nails done. Went to movie Sunday afternoon 5/1/11 wife went to 2 bathrooms and had to walk out of both. Tried 3rd bathroom and that was bad but was bearable. I have usually been happy with the customer service and services that I had received at all the stores I made payment too, or buying phones. I bought a necklace and earings for my wife for Christmas. The quality was HORRIBLE. The "silver" beads on the necklace were all dinged, scratched, and dented...and the clasp broke within 48 hours of having it! All the "silver" beads fell all over the kitchen floor. The earings are just fading to a yellow, copperish color.

Hired this company to develop hotel website for me, with deadline of 4 weeks. Went into great detail what was needed, what temp i liked, fonts etc etc etc. 3 weeks they have nothing to show.
I then find out, they had to contact hosting company to learn how to point domain. Are the for real? this is a software development company?
They then send me a screen shot of what they have done, which was nothing but front page(not operational ) and not only that NOT what i specified.

When will these people realize that certain children are being abused? Heres the story this lady has 3 kids. First her second born at 2 months gets a fractured arm. Next her last born at 2 gets a dislocated hip. Last her 5 year old gets a black eye and says she threw him but when the police asks he lies. Dfacs was called but they said there was no cause for concern. Then the electricity gets cut off in winter Dfacs says its ok as long as its back on before 2 days. We purchased a Liberty 43 days ago. We were forced to bring it to a local service center as we were driving and there was a bad electical smell coming from the truck and a bad clunking coming from the back of the car. We felt very unsafe!!! It took them an hour to get the back right tire off as it and to do so they had to torch it, destoying the rim!
