I have been with asm for two years and have heard it all bad and good. Since we had to get the Varisign account for our share info on the 1st I haven't been able to get any info. I sent an email to the chrystal who ever site and get WARNING emails saying the domain does not exist!!! Then I sent three emails to support and no reply. It has been over two weeks since the first email. NOTHING!!! I do have other places to email but it is all through asm.com. I only invested around $1500 over the two yrs. Well worth if it worked out. I was charge for a CCR plan which is credit card protection plan, I never ask for this service. When I found out about this charges I called Sears and they told me that they were not the ones responsible for the charges. They told me that I had to call the CCR 1800 number in order to have the charges off my account. I called the number and the person that I talk to told me that she was going to set the balance to $0. This furniture store is close to BHV in Paris (Metro: Hotel de Ville). They have a lot of cool stuff, but trust me, if you want something that they need to order, you are in for quite a ride. We recently moved to community where our HOA has given water account to Conservice. Their Customer service is pathetic. Do not understand problems the new movers will face. First, we pay unnecessary processing charges and they expect the bills to be paid within 15 days of invoice generation date. Do not consider their mail takes 5 to 7 days. If you try to set up online payment, it in 19th century website with no flexibility. I wonder if they can even keep my information safe.
