I want everyone to know about the horrible experience I had at the Avian & Exotic Animal Medical Center recently. My son and I were driving on a busy road in Miami, Florida and noticed an injured bird standing on the edge of the road. I paid for my wool sweater to be drycleaned, when i picked it up and brought it home, i discovered it had been washed instead and under the arm was a large tear and had been pulled apart, there were also several strings hanging off the sweater. We built a new home in 2002 using Andersen 400, green, vinyl clad, double hung windows. We recently noticed large openings, some in excess of 1/4", in the corners both top and bottom on the exterior frames where the vinyl appears to have opened up (pics attached). I am a small business owner who is a CLEAR Authorized retailer. A customer who does not have a credit card bought a Greendot Card at Walgreens to purchase CLEAR service .
