My girlfriend and I took our kids (7 years) to the Wednesday open house at Kamera Kids. Both our kids are typically outgoing, chatty and full of personality. I received a letter from this company alleging I owed back fees, a very large amount, even though my account statement shows no balance, and even though I have been paying regular fees to them for many years. They told me that i signed a contract saying that i wasn’t able to cancel my subscription with them. I don’t recall signing anything, they signed me up through the phone so i don’t have any written proof that i signed any sort of contract. I bought a Instruction kit for a job. They told me I could get my money back if it was not something I wanted to do. I read the book, talked to the representation, Michael Holt, and even talked to his supervisor. After all that I told them it was not what they told me the job was originally and I wanted my money back. We bought an Angel bed i think five years ago. It was great at first, but within a few months it started to remember where we slept and had slight body impressions. The Virus persists locking out the execution of all programs including the Task Manager until you submit a request for the purchase their antivirus software at which point they charge your credit card account for $99.99 but do not deliver any antivirus software.
