I also had a bad experience with Tom from National Chimney. They came out to clean my chimney and wound up busting my gutter when the fat lard tried to get up on my second level roof. Then the *** broke my chimney cap. I noticed it hanging on by only 1 of the 4 corners later that evening. It began to rain so I had to pull my ladder out, climb two roofs and found that 3 of the corners were busted. The chimney guy never screwed those corners back on.
