When making a reservation for a hotel in Palm Springs, the agent talked us into something that was guaranteed to get us a $40 credit off of our reservation. Sounds good but DON'T take it. That apparently agrees to membership in their "club" that offers discount travel. IF you do get into it, call and cancel your membership and call your credit card provider and dispute that charge and any future charges. It will show up as TLG*TRVLADV on your credit card. Similar situation. Laptop was froze up and unprotrected from various threats. Charge for antivirus software was listed as 19.90 but posted to my account the next day for 99.90. I bought a "certified" pontiac GTO there was a problem with the engine my car has been at the dealership since January 7, 2011 and it is now March 12, 2011. I just bought the car in August 2010. The dealership took the engine apart and rebuilt it but the knock continues. If the car had not been under warrantee, GM would have told me to buy an engine and my car would have been fixed immediately.
