I tried to order three bottles of Calorad from Asantae.com. The minute I put my credit card information in the form, It was gone!!! No way to verify what I had ordered. Imagine the shock when I received the bill for over $333.00. They said I would have to pay them a 10% restocking fee to return the NINE (not three bottles ) they sent me. I would simply like to advise that coast to coast tickets raises the price of tickets by a great amount. $35 tickets were posted as being $91. In addition to that they had a shipping fee of about $30 on EACH of the tickets. Send me an envelope please, these are paper tickets for goodness sake. I have been fighting with Option One/American Home Mortgage since 2006. If you were an Option One Customer you sure got screwed by these scam artists. The MO of this company is to have someone talk to you from India and tell you to send in your payment and then send it back. Then tell you that you did not send it in before they foreclosed. Furniture was delivered in the evening. In the morning we could see the couch and chair did not match. We called that morning to inform them. They refuse to replace either piece to match. Then two months after we used the furniture, the stitching came out on the couch at the bottom. Only two old people use it--us! I want to share very bad experience repairing my phone in this store. My phone screen went blank sometimes and the key not responding, the guy said that he changed the LCD screen and charge me SGD 55 for it. Strange but since it was working at that time, I just paid. Surely the problem come back again after sometimes and when you return to the store, they asked for another SGD 35 to change the keypad and said they no warranty as it has been more than 1 week??? For the 3rd month in a row, since getting a new bank and new credit card, Bill Matrix cannot accept my payment. They would have me believe it's the card. I use the card for online and in person purchases everything from departments stores to merchandise companies all the way in China and no one but Bill Matrix has trouble accepting my card.
