I bought this model range Aug 2010. I always buy Whirlpool products and have been happy with them. I had a ceramic top stove before this one and loved it. This one, however, is horrible. The ceramic top is impossible to keep clean. I clean before and after use. Grease, etc sticks and you have to clean several times before it comes off. The accubake is not very accurate. I have emailed BMW Germany on several occasions about my mini cooper. The car requires a new petrol guage. The car has not even completed 24, 000 km and such a fault should not have occured in a car of this caliber. The gauge reads that petrol is present when actually there is NO petrol, it is unsafe to drive. I have sent a complaint to them asking for a free replacement of the gauge since this is obviously a manufacture fault, I get no reply from them. I am so angry with buds gun shop. They are the hardest to get a hold of. It is just inexcusable. They have two service reps. One for existering orders and one for new. It is always possible to get a hold of the New Orders Rep. Never for the existing. NEVER Try calling their phone number. I had to wait 90 Min and still didnt get to talk to a human being. Note: Contractor is referred to as “DV” in this complaint. We hired DV to renovate our basement beginning in May 2010. His business is located in Purcellville, Virginia. Wow, took over 3 weeks to receive a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Said they had to come from Italy. Yes, I understand the sunglasses are made in Italy, but when I order something from Banana Republic I’m not waiting for the product to get here from Turkey. I have more to say that isn't positive than just this, but this should be enough to help you make a decision...I have multiple pieces of furniture slightly damaged and 2 pieces that are significantly damaged. I have called John Albert 6-7 times in regards to this issue only and have left voicemails every call. I have not recieved one response in how I can go about claiming damaged furniture. I joined GOLD'S GYM Allentown, PA. I signed a contract with them for ABC to debit my credit card for a monthly fee. The facilities that I was using was constantly dirty and the equipment often times was broken. It would say out of service and would stay that way for a weeks on end. I signed a one year contract and kept to my end of the deal. Once the one year contract was up I notified the gym as stated in the contract that I wanted to cancel. IBSN is a fraud company. They were behind me until i paid the tax filing fee promising that they will e-file tax documents immediately after receiving the fee but after receiving the fee they never filed the documents. X-Copper failed to deliver! I hired X-Copper to represent me on a speeding ticket. I already had it reduced, had all required documents, and wanted to fight the ticket.
