New brakes, oil change, and fuel injection service. Wife took car in to shop. Car has 88 thousand miles on it. Needed brakes. Needed oil change. Questionable on fuel injection service as owners manual does not specify. Complained when I checked up on her why it was taking so long. Manager deducted the oil change charge. I arrived in Bradford from Germany last week around the 1st April 10, and booked my car in at Polar Ford Bradford (canal road) to get my GPS Sat Nav repaired as it had stopped working correctly. These guys scam customers who bring in their car by damaging parts, or loosening bolts on things so that you bring the car back numerous times, while they keep the meter running. This is unacceptable, they not only are dishonest to customers, damage our cars, but their Service Advisers are in it with certain techs that they work with, to say parts are damaged then the Service Advisers sell you spare parts at a premium and split their commissions with the techs. I surrendered my gas connection (DBC) on 26-03-2010 to AWWA Gas agency, C/O Station Wksp EME, New cantt, Allahabad for its transfer to Lucknow. The Gas agency issued me the TV no. 058 in this regard. We brought our car for service at Cranberry Auto Center in December for a few things fixed and an inspection. Dan, the owner, agreed that they would do the job 100% on Green Apple barter system. They checked the car and said they needed to order parts from the dealership which would take 3-4 days. The clutch plate of my car uva needs replacement but the nagpur dealer -Star motors are not ready to replace it in Amravati where I live.They are asking me to bring the car to nagpur which will cost me almost Rs.10000 including the clutch plate.
