Back in 2003, I worked as a manager which sent our customers vehicles to k&b. Over a two year period equalling thousands of dollars worth of repairs..Brett the employee at the time, was seemingly courteous and qualified. I booked a rental car with hotwire for June 1 at 12:pm for $172.61 total cost charged to my capital one credit card. When arriving at the airport, Hertz rental did not have a car available, and stated I would have to wait until a car was returned. An hour to an hour and a half wait was expected. Anyone out there have auto and home insurance with Hartford, the insurance for 55+ drivers, at a great rate and other conveniences? These guys bent my tie rod and put all the wrong tires in the wrong position for a tire rotation. I had two sets of warning lights coming on and over a thousand in repairs after going to these guys. I've purchased a Nissan car from Falore Nissan. The finance manager has tried to lug to buy so many kinds of agreement that they may have for the car, like the cosmetic pair, which he is successful in making me fall for it. Purchase NEW vehicle July 23, 2009. Paint chip on door and "shadow" on driver side rear quarter panel. Service says they cannot do anything about it that it has to go through sales.
