Incident My BMX X3 Indicator came on that said I needed service (oil change, etc)within 1700 miles. Beware the "Free" Diagnostic Scam! This shop doubles the list price of parts in order to make up for the time they spend inspecting your car for free. We had purchases a vechicle from Payday Motors, with financing to be done thru Credit acceptance. However, being very unhappy with it and after speaking with owner there, they said they would buy it back from us, they would let finace company know, and that it would be like we never bought it. They also told us that finance company agreed and car was taken back to them. It now has been brought to my attention that it was placed on my credit and my spouses credit as a repossession. I received replacement motor for scooter. Took 11 months to get any action. My mechanic installed the new motor. Could not get it to run right away. Started to investigate the symptom of engine failure to run. He found the following problems with the new motor they sent me for warranty replacement. Was blowing the carburetor off the intake boot. On Tuesday, April 21, I ran over a boulder. I knew there was severe damage to the undercarriage of the car because of the crunch and scrapes I heard. Since there was traffic behind, and beside me and there wasn't time to react I really didn't have any choice. When they went out of business, we had to find another dealer to service our vehicle, only to find that we had never been informed of any repairs that needed to be done because they were still under warranty. Apparently, they were waiting for our warranty to expire before informing us of the repairs that needed to be made. Do NOT deal with this company. I was given a car with no spare wheel (and not advised of this) so when I had a puncture I had to wait over an hour for a pick up truck to transport me and the car (midday, no aircon!) for two hours. The car was then replaced (note the tyre note!). I then had a three hr drive back along motorway so lost the whole day.
