Well, I went to get my car wash since I had a coupon. Then man taking my 'order' was nice and I asked 'do I pay now or wait till later." "You can pay later but we close at 6pm." It was 5:10 or 15. One week after I purchased a used vehicle from Mission Chrysler Jeep I was contacted by the salesman who asked me to return to the dealership. The Finance Manager inputted the wrong VIN number and we had to redo the paperwork. He stated for my trouble Mission would give me $100. Have never seen it! When I questioned the Finance Mgr he stated he didn't know anything about it! Also, within the first 5 months I had returned the car for repair 3 times and have been taking it to a mechanic ever since! I got a used car loan from a dealership that's deals with the aboved company I had the car for 2months and now the cat converter is bad which will cost me 830 just for the part itself plus I still gotta make that monthly lease payment for the car which is 308 per month so they are leasing out bad cars and the company does not due anything to check on the cars before they lease them out! It all Started when I was involved in an accident with my 2008 Honda Ruckus scooter. I dropped off my ruckus at al lamb honda around Sep 22-23. Roughly a month and a week later I get a call saying it ready so I go to pick it up and there is still things that are not fixed. One of those particular parts, the service guy told me was brand new (the part that was still messed up). I took my car to this Tire Choice location for new tires and an alignment. When I drove it in there was absolutely no exhaust noise, but when I picked it up there was a noticeable roar. MIDNIGHT TOWING SERVICE Towed my car from apt stating it was blocking the lane. I park there everyday.It was not blocking anyones car or road. They showed me my car's picture which did not show whether my car was blocking anything. My 3 neighbors also had similar things happened to them in past 3 months. I have been getting the run around from Heritage Warranty Solutions for over a year and a half. Service was provided, a proper clam was made, call after call gave me numerous phone numbers to call, finally talked to a real person who asked me to fax information to them, bad fax number, then correct number. represented themselves as being related to my dealership -- called several times to sell me an extended warranty, telling me that my warranty had expired. It turned out they were in no way related to my dealership, and that in fact my warranty had not expired. I brough my truck to wes ward auto to get a new muffler on it. I pay them $580 and they turned around and shorted out one of my O2 sensors so the check engine light would come on. I paid them for a new muffler for my truck and they turned around and put one on it from some other car. After driving home my check engine light came on so I scanned it with my diagnositics scanner. MK Motor rips off their customers by illegally passing vehicles on the smog and safety tests. They also have been known to offer two prices on the same car. One price for the Americans and a much lower price for the Koreans. Many of the customers come back within days to complain or demand their money back.
