After serving my Honda Activa at JayBee Honda at Guwahati for Rs. 700/- the next day I got all the same problems for which I did the servicing. I found that one of a plastic part on front wheel is changed with a old one. Front bonnet was loose. It is making sound. It took me 7 hours for getting my scooter serviced. Took our Mazda5 back in, as they didn't repair properly the 2 things under warranty that we requested last visit. The front wheels shake when stopping or driving on the freeway. This is an ongoing issue with many Mazda's, when the brake rotors warp due to bad manufacturer or over tightened wheel lugs. I purchased on phone call from there salesman two auto warranties. One for our 1998 GMC SIERRA and one for our 2001 S10 chevy p/u on October 25, 2007. Combined Insurance is not the way to go if you want to work in the professional insurance business. They tell you they pay for everything as an employee for the company, this is not the case. You pay back the license fee with your first paycheck and monthly you pay for your bond. They will train you to sell policies as long as you can memorize and regurgitate, there is no thought process here. Nationwide Insurance Company will cancel your policy by saying you have a past due balance. That you probably don't have, then when you find out it's already too late to do anything. They will tell you the policy lapsed and you have to reapply for reinstatement, then they deny you coverage. In my case they new I had some recent health issues and would not qualify for a medical exam for reinstatement. I rented a car in Costa Rica for 11 days from Dec 25, 2007 to Jan 05, 2008. When I returned the car to the San Jose airport location, the Dollar representative coerced me into paying $20 for cleaning of the car (which was only a little dusty), and tried to overcharge me by $200. His behavior was appalling. Since I was so angered by his attempts at cheating me, he ended up overcharging me by only $80, which I have submitted to Dollar for a refund. I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and Michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. I have brought my car in on multiple occassions to be fixed for the same issues on the GMPP that was purchased through the Findlay Chevrolet dealership. I was verbally assaulted by a store employee when I entered with my service animal and refused to give them my name, address, phone, and disability in writing. I was further refused service and made to leave under threatening of police involvement. I'm still shaken by this and have been informed by the one who was yelling at me that this is store policy. Because the car had engine light on within 3 weeks and I got to know that the dealership already knew about that as the error code waw written at the top of the engine. I own a 2000 Dodge Durango and have consistently maintained it for years with few problems. Last week while driving it a "check gauge" light came on. I took it to be serviced and was told that the engine needs to be replaced. Apparently Dodge has a defect with its Durango and Dakota engines that leads to sludge. The driving shaft has begun to break apart as a result. I am upset because Dodge has issued no recalls nor have they ever suggested that synthetic oil be used, which would have prevented this problem. I purchased a Honda Fit from lucas Honda on June 12th and I can truthfully say this will be the last Honda I buy. I was treated shabbily and was not made welcome by the organization. I should have walked and went elsewhere but they are the closest dealership to my home. Beware: bills will be padded with repetetive charges. Repair hours inflated. They took 2 weeks to fix up my blown alternator and finally I have to "replace" the ECU and was charged for 5d4 hours labor then after all these checking they "found" out the radio fuses need to be replaced with additional charges. Used the pay at the pump to put gas in car. Put in $11.02 rec receipt for amount but was charged $35.00 on credit card. Called the gas station to fix this and was given nothing but attitude and called a liar. I was told that this is not possiable and that I must have grabbed the the wrong receipt. Ok first of all I know how much I pumped. I pushed the button to print receipt. Second of all even if my car was empty it would not take $35.00 to even fill it. It only has a 13.5 gallon tank.
