My car met with an accident in which its headlight broke so i took it to the company service centre as it would help me to settle my insurance claim, they repair all the other parts but were unable to get the headlights as they were electronic and were out of stocks after few days i took the delivery of the car but they gave me ordinary headlights and said they had given the order to the company for electronic headlights, after nearly 2 months of pursuance i am unable to get the headlights and my insurance claim is still pending. If you are planning to buy a car in true value please check everything (price, Car condition (mechanic, body rust, Whether it is accident vehicle, Battery is good are make up)... If you are not doing so you will held up paying around 8 ~ 10 K Per month just for maintenance. I fed up with this. I bought a zen lx for 2.7 lacs in 2005 till date am spending lot of money on maintenance... My conclusion about true value is... it is not at all TRUE VALUE... I gave my car for general servicing in January last week of this year,at competent services new delhi we had requested to change the wipers and had a plan to move out of delhi for a couple of days. We got our car home delivered at ~8:30 pm on the eve of leaving for the destination. It apparently looked o.k. I'm staying in Bangalore and recently visited the furniture showroom exhibit (by Yatra exhibit) in the Kanteerava indoor stadium. I purchased this vehicle with good faith thinking that i would be trouble free because it is brand new. At 1000 km i complained to royce love nissan (rossburgh) durban that my bakkie had a vibration and i was told that it could be the propsahft. At 15000km the bakkie was taken in for a re-ring. Then i had a problem with the brakes ,the rear brake shoes was not fitted properly. At 30000km i complained that my bakkie was taking oil. Test were done and i was told that the vehicle needed to be taken in for a re-ring(second) again.

Having taken my credit card as part of the "Standard Procedure" since I will be driving the vehicle...even though the insurance agency will be taking care of it...they proceeded to take $700 out of an account I told the Branch Manager in Longwood, Florida not to take out. I bought an Esteem on Dec 2006 from Bimal True Value Showroom. There was a huge list of things to do with the service. When I got the vehicle back nothing was done. My friend and I were driving in Whyoming when the ice caused us to fish tale and land in a snowbank. Because I wave insurance on the vehicle I knew I was responsible for the damage to the car, so you can understand my shock, when AVIS decide to salvage the vehicle instead of repairing it. Instead of costing $5,000 in repairs I got slapped with a bill for $12,200 in which I am not certain if my insurance will cover it because they authorized fixing it. My car was hit in June 2006 while it was parked in front of my house. I woke up early and heard a loud noise and did not see anything - oh if I only knew. The truth is State Farm will not pay me a dime because the car was taken without permison and they will not pay up!!! It took them months and months to tell me nothing. On 12/04/06 I purchased a gas powered scooter with an electric start (XG-470) from X-Treme Scooters / Alpha Products International in IA for my 11 year old sons Christmas present. I have continually had issues and technical problems with this scooter since it was originally purchased. I originally purchased this scooter with an additional 90 Extended Warranty. Onstar sent me a letter dated March 2, 2007 to let me know they are dumping all Onstar customers with analog devices. Onstar suggests I purchase new 2006 or 2007 GM vehicle as a remedy. Onstar knew when they put the analog system in the vehicles that the system would be going digital, they started putting in digital compatible systems in 2002 for 2003 vehicles. This will lower the value of the vehicle for resale not to mention no more service for cell phone or Onstar. When the scooters arrived one of the ATV's had no fuel filter, one of the others was used (all the stickers had already been put on), and on the other one the kill switch wouldn't work. My complaint is with Joe Pecheles Volkswagen Greenville Blvd., Greenville, North Carolina and Volkswagen of America. I have had to have warranty work, and general maintenance done to my car numerous times in the last year since I bought it. I previously brought my car to Brake-O, on April 26, 2006, to be serviced for new brakes. Less than a year later, they were already squeaking. When I talked with the Honda dealership, I was informed that the brake pads were compressing to the router too hard and it will ultimately wear out the brakes much quicker, they said it was not immediate harm but that the brakes will go bad soon. I had a terrible experience at capitol honda dealership. Sales men over there are rogues and thieves try to con you at every moment of your purchase. They made me come to their dealership 3 times with false quotes and every time they had an excuse for not having the car !! Finally they tried to jack up the price by $800 for the color I wanted. When I refused, they tried to sell me a car with the lease popular color (Green). I purchase a 2006 certified user Chevrolet Silverado Truck. The truck was certified noting that two new tires are needed from the completion of the certification. On 1/29/07 the truck was certified and as of this date 3/17/07 I have not received the tires. I keep getting the run around when I call or visit the dealership. My complaint is with Best Buy in Lancaster, Ohio. We purchased a car stereo and had it installed by them
with the purchase. After we got into our car we realized that our signal lights and hazards did not work. We told them about this and they told us that it was not their fault. I have an 2002 Prius. Since we have owned the car we have had a multitude of problems. Those problems include:
1) Car has gone through 12 tires in under 90,000 miles. No matter what is adjusted on the car, it eats the tires. This has included one blow out.
2) Grounding bracket broke lose and had to have it serviced. Was covered by warranty.
The following repairs were all made between 60,000 and 90,000 miles.
3) In less than 500 miles after my $300+ 60,000 mile service my fuel pump went out. It took a week to get it back... read full review »

Our 2001 Yukon XL is on its third electric fuel pump. The pump itself is $400 and labor about $600. We also had to have the vehicle towed each time after stranding my wife and kids. We also had to have the transmission rebuilt at 95,000 miles for an additional $3,000. If you don't absolutely need the extra room, I would recommend something Japanese or German. read full review »

I bought a 2001 Mitsubishi on Feb 3 2007. When i bought the car, there is no blinkers, the dealer, John, told me he would fix it in two days. Then he would send the car to me from Lansing to Kalamazoo. However, when i received the car, the blinkers haven't fixed yet.

I have purchased Hero Honda Achiever 150 Sports model bike from Hero Honda dealer Chandigarh "Charisma Goldwheels" and I am following Services of bike time to time. We rented a car at the budget toronto airport from16th of March till 18th of March. And the day we picked up our car, there's a women and she wanted us to pay for cash for one day coverage and one day baby car seat. but, it was 2days rented..but, we were too tired and just paid it for cash.
