Absolutley the worst service!! We had a ladies nite out this weeken and halfway going to the NYC from CT the sun roof fell on top of 5 ladies, we had to force the driver to stop the limo and put the sunroof on! To top it off it was freezing this weekend. The driver seemed incompetenant to fix the situation. The cd player didnt work, it smelled and it was dirty. Then on our way back, the tire needed air, he had plenty of time to fix that before we left the club, and he still didnt do it. Bought a used car from this dealership, asked for a carfax, I was told the printers were broken, I mistakenly signed all the papers for the loan and did a carfax search aweek later, it turned out the the car had been in an accident and the dealership fixed it before they sold it to me. My girlfriend had run over a nail on the passenger rear tire and it needed to be replaced. I brought the car to Cary Used Tires and was greeted and was told they could replace the tire with a used tire for $32.00 which I agreed to and the tire was (supposedly) changed and I left the shop. I should have checked the tire to make sure the job was done correctly but I was in a hurry and it slipped my mind. I went to the Shell station which also has a convenience store on Friday, November 12th at approximately 3:50pm to get gas. I pulled up to the pump and I noticed after I started fueling that the pump was leaking so I turned it off. I went inside and the employee at the time said to just move to another pump. I said that he should probably check on the pump because it was leaking quite a bit and I wasn't even sure much if any gas was going in. She initially said she had purchased a machine made of plastic two months ago, and then corrected her statement to say she purchased the tire changing machine six months ago for this very reason. I am as deleiver man ( by motor bike) who work with very low wage, recently had a very bad accident and after moving me to hosopital and surgery I found out that KFC doesn't cover any insurance for their employees. I own a Santro eRLX model and I stay in Chennai, Tamil Nadu India.. There is leakage of water on the passenger side of the car (front) and the entire mat is soaked in water. I have given it for servicing twice to Kun Hyundai the authorised servicing company. They have tried their best and problem continues. The Car wash: Very shady operation, they have a credit card processing station outside where you pull your car up, yet they won't accept and exxon mobil card, instead they send you inside to run your exxon mobil card and run back outside with a receipt, the "car wash option when you pay at the pump" is also no longer an option. really ridiculous set of rules.
