Unfortunately i fell behind with payments with dell, I settled with Valentine and Combardes to take out a certain amount from each paycheck til the end of december. Not only were they non-compliant with the agreement, but they double dipped into my checking account putting me in the negative and we all know how overdrafts can kill! I have my salary account in ABN and I needed the cheque book for loan purpose. I spoke to Mr.Moin in customer service of ABN and asked if my request for a cheque book would cost me anything. I asked the same thing twice but both the times he confirmed me I wouldn't be a charged anything. Easy Saver and Money edge both took 19.95 from my account. They were affiliated with Shoppers Select. Which also took money from my account. Shoppers Select refunded my money after a lengthy phone conversation where we reviewed my audio tape were i cleary said i was not interested in signing up for anything, but since the phone operator convinced me to enter in my last for digits of my telephone number. I have never lived with so many roaches. When me and my girlfriend rent this apartment we didn't realize that we had company. I seen one I killed it. Then I reported the roach to the complex offices. I rented 5 movies on 11/27/08, Thanks Giving Day at Red box kiosk that is located inside Wal-Mart that is open 24 hours on Ramon ave in Cathedral City California and returned all of them on 11/28/08 before 9 pm watching all 5 movies being accepted during the return 1 by 1 as you have to make separate transactions to return 5 movies, you cannot return all 5 at a time to a kiosk. I have been emailing rush card since October asking them has my new card been sent out. They never call or keep their word on the most minor of issues to begin with so I knew I had to stay on them about my new card since I use it for direct deposit and I need that money to live. This accountant lied about his fees, increased his fees without warning, filed the wrong documents with the IRS causing us to get fines and warning letters, and stopped all communication with us when confronted with his mistakes . eharmony automatically fraudulently bills customers for continued services, that the customer did not request but placing every new member on auto renew then defends the policy by small print. It is a business practice designed solely to cheat the customer out of more money.
