The mortgage I was with Ocwen sold the loan to ASC, who claims to have just be servicing my loan for Select Servicing Servicing, Inc. the money I sent to ASC for my july mortgage has not been forwarded over to SPS and I keep getting late fees and negative reports on my credit. I paid the money but ASC is not sending it over to SPS. They will not talk to each other and now me the consumer is looking like I am late on my payments when I have made all of my payments on time. This Company debited my checking account a total of $568.00 and never contacted or paid the Credit Company any money like they said they would. Whileshire makes more money by not calling you, making you wait so the interest and late payments go up and then they make money re-selling your house to someone else at 50 cents on the dollar give or take to someone else but not to YOU!!! Why not let us keep our home and sell us the home at fair market value under these terrible never before seen problems? For those who forget to write and get a payment mailed in time, why is it that I can not find a RBS branch so that I do not to incur a late charge? It is a shame that I have a $60.00 bill that will not make it to the post location in time and will be late to incur a $30.00 dollar penalty. Ive had my mortgage with Guardian Savings Bank for a year and a half now and my payments have been 616.00 (including taxes and insurance). I opened mail from them the other day and seen that my escrow account was negative 1475.00 and that starting November 1 our payment would go up to 838.00. Forgot to use right away and did not notice the small print on the back of the card: "Servicing fee of $2.50 per month begins 7 months after purchase where permitted by law". We paid our loan off with these people 5 yrs ago. We had a lot of simular problems as you folks.As far as the payment thing...we sent the payments, registered mail and made someone sign for it when they recieved it. They pulle d so many scams, or tried to, on us that it wasn't funny. Even after the loan was paid in full, they tried to tell us we owed them more money . If you carry Home Insurance with them ...you might want to check for as better rate also. I did and saved a bundle. It felt SOOOOOOOOOOOO good to tell them off that last time. One would have to be stupid to authorize money from your account when you are needing money. About a year ago, I was forced to re-finance my home, due to a divorce. I re-financed using ABN AMRO Mortgage who later sold my mortgage to CITI MORTGAGE.. Because of the market rates, my home appraised very low, causing my equity to be very low. Staff continues to call my job, and home with telephone harressment. Sarah who works in Lufkin store is rude and they do not communicate among each other or put notes in computer.
