We wished we had visited this site BEFORE we accepted this company's product. Before making a $1, 094 repair on a customer's vehicle we called for verification of contract holder and coverage. After Heritage sent an adjuster to verify repairs we received authorization to complete the repair. That was 5 months ago. Charged 109.99 for membership to my credit card without authorization. Called, cancelled membership, and demanded a refund. They said they'd give the refund, but ended up only refunding $64.36. Called back and talked to a manager AGAIN who then "authorized the release of the remaining amount". If you have to go through this, MAKE SURE that you get your FULL refund and not just a partial.
