This co. is terrible and very unethical! stay away... the people in mgmt. and human resources cover for each other. You think there is a system in place if there is an issue. Let me tell u... there is not. nobody knows what's going on. U won't get any straight answers for anything. The Seller's Lounge said I had signed up for something for ebay. They started charging my account 49.95. They are in Utah. Go by EST. Most of the time, recordings. Julie Olsen with Viking credit has been harassing me at work, where I work at a high stress-level, intense situation. She has asked who my boss is, been verbally abusive to my co-workers, and has over stepped her boundaries countless times. In this day and age, this kind of abuse is completely inappropriate. I cannot take calls at work at all, unless they are work related, and getting me fired from my job is not a great method of money collection. I will be pursuing VIGORISLY a legal end to her harassment, and I know that Chase Bank sells their overdue credit card balances, so maybe re-thinking Chase Bank is a good idea as well. read full review »

I have a small credit with Chase Bank, and every time I get charged with fees, because I pay them ahead. I called them on it and they took off the fees. This happened twice - since they merged or de-merged with GEMoney. This is not my problem and dont need to hear it. Now I havent received a statement for June and I paid them, and charged me again not 39.00 but 29.00. I always pay them the first of the month, but didnt get a statement this time again. The companies operation manager Dan Sanders failed to pay out what was due to me upon departure, I had to call the parent company (Greenstar-na) to get resolution. I left due to the companies history of not reporting accidents properly and creating unsafe situations for associates in order to fulfill sales quotas. When I purchased the policy, Nationwide assured me that claims are handled in a timely manner. I placed a claim 5 days ago and have called back repeatedly to request expedited service. Card is a complete rip off. All they want is your first month payment of $200 and after that your taken. I paid with my wife's debit card the first and second month . First month they didn't care how they got the money. The second payment they wanted a statement from the bank to let them know they paid, even though they already had the money in their account for five days. Received notices to supply an affidavit on requests to pay off a bounced check? Not my account, not my bank? After many attempts and hours waiting on hold was able to determine what bank. Called the bank, gave them my ss # and vitals, so sorry wrong guy? Called CCSI again, oops!, we picked out the wrong (common name) from our data base? I unfortunately was one of the very many to be tricked by this company. What I thought was supposed to be a simple $1.97 for a cd ended up costing me around $50.00 before I caught on to what was happening. I called the number that showed up next to the withdrawals on my bank statement and canceled the "free trials". The two numbers I have are 1-800-410-1682(Business Funding) and 1-800-479-0979 (GrantMaster). After a 9-month lease, of which I only lived at the apartment or 45 days, I received a settlement letter charging me %58.00 Pet odor, $125.00 Pet damage. Funny thing is, I never had a pet. Stupidity came over me and I thought Norton anti virus program was legit and it wasn't. I was charged twice from this website but it came under Dri*digitalriver.com under my bank statement. These companies appear to be connected and have been withdrawing unauthorized fees from my checking account in the amounts of $29.95 and $1.00 for the past month or so. I signed up for a one time only $0.99 fee for a credit report and have been receiving these fees since. It is because when I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law thru Proflowers.com the "trick "you into accepting either the "free" shipping or a discount on your next order.
