I recently purchased a Shark/Euro-Pro SV800 Cordless Stick Vac. I Am not impressed. There appears to be several issues they need to be addressing. Here's the skinny: 1) The vac's dirt cup is way too small. Take a measuring cup, fill it to 1 cup... that is the capacity... even beyond the "Max Fill" line. 2) Roller brushes are way too sensitive, to stop rolling. I purchase a Straight talk prepaid cell phone back in the fall. I love it. I had unlimited calling, texting & browsing for $45 a month. Purchased a BlackBerry Bold 9700 Plated 24K Gold from them for $1200, got the device the first time and it looked horrible. The Blackberry looked like if it was painted with a brush and not plated. AKAI Tv did not come on. Service came to diagnose the problem. Tapped on the inside of the tv. It came on then the service man asked if we wanted to proceed, and stated he would not put any money into this tv. Then requested the service call fee in cash only. No workorder, no receipt, nothing. This camera will not format the added memory SD card. Repeated calls to Norcent and Voice Mails asking for support have been ignored for over a month. Can't say I didn't try, and try, and try. I purchased amilo pi3560 from makro after being sent from one store to the other. Purchase made at 5th store.
