If you need computer repair DON'T call Arc Technology . I was scared to let someone work on my computer but their ad was impressive stating "Microsoft professionals". I am disabled so I took advantage of their in-home servce. The person they sent out had no idea of what I had said my problem was and eventually stated he was "not qualified". I too, have a barely two year old Kenmore "Elite" Trio French doors refrigerator. Last night, I noted an electrical burning smell near the refrigerator. I opened the doors to find the lights were out. The smell was incredibly strong. At first I thought it was just that both bulbs had burned out, but then when I reached up to remove the housing, I nearing burned my fingers. I could not believe how hot it was! I researched a long time before finally shelling out 255.00 for a GHD flat iron. I purchased a Toshiba laptop from the Microsoft store online on 1-1-10. Delivery was scheduled for 1-8-10. Microsoft hired UPS to deliver the computer. There is water leakage when machine drains out water. The drain pipe is cracked at many places hence leakage takes place and water flows out on the ground.The service centre (local in Roorkee) say that they are not able to arrange fresh drain pipe and machine is lying idle for the last one month and a lot of money is being spent in repeated phone calls.Please send a drain pipe soon so that atleast we can use machine during peak winters in Roorkee. I bought a Logitech QuickCam Pro 5000 less than 2 years ago. The product is still being sold. I upgraded my computer operating system to Windows 7. The QuickCam drivers and software would not install as it was blocked due to a compatiability issue. I contacted Logitech and they will not support the verision of QuickCam Pro 5000 that I have but there is another version of the same product that might work.
