I ordered a Garmin GPS. When I check on the order after receiving a confirmation number, the order stated pending. The next day I got a call asking for me to verify my order. I tried to call them at least 20 times and the line was busy. Then one minute past five (they were supposed to be closed) I got a recording. My call had gone through but the office was closed! Fishy! So, I emailed them to cancel my order. The next day, I get another call from Dennis asking me again to verify my order. I am not going to call them again. Thus far, my card has not been charged! They didn't tell me that there was a 7-10 day wait when I purchased a phone online . I paid $18.00 for next day delivery and on the order page it never said you need to wait an additional 7-10 days for them to process the order. There is free delivery in 7-10 days. So basically they scammed me out of $18.00 for a delivery date they were supposed to give to me for free. When contacted their staff was rude and disrespectful arguing that I was basically an idiot for not understanding what wasn't written. I still have no resolution on this matter. We ordered Loud & Clear Sound Amplication devices on January 21, 2009 and have not received them even after several phone calls. I signed up with Skyway last Nov. They represented installation service for CA. at $149. After taking payment for a year they could not come up with someone to install. I had to install on our three story house. I find the cheaper download service to be very slow. Tech support never returns calls. I am unable to upload a lot of files as they do not have the right so called ports in their system. Whatever you do, don't buy this expensive vacuum. I had demonstrated to me at least five different kinds. The salesman assured me this was the best. (by the way, the store is out of business now) It was certainly the most expensive. I have had NOTHING but problems with it and when I finally had had it, all I asked for was one free service to fix the thing at least once more before dumping it in the Pacific. No way, they say. I placed an order for a Canon 50D camera and package. The order was given a confirmation number and I was sent an email stating the order would be processed in 24-48 hours. I was told it would run my kids games...word..etc. In fact we would hardly keep it runing. i had 2 professionals look at it and they said there was barely enough memory turn it on. I was later called and told that the toner was part of a package price and that they would ship the rest of the package.
