I placed an order in April of this year for a IOGear wireless keyboard and mouse combo. It came quickly and after plugging it in I noticed that the mouse did not appear to charge when placed in the recharger, as the green light did not come on. Ditto and getting burned here too! These guys claimed to of had a fire back on 1/21. Not only did they neglect to mention it on their site until almost 2 weeks after, but they never even bothered to acknowledge they received my money. I purchased three COP surveillance cameras from this store. I received e-mails indicating the status of the order as it got readied. It shipped really quickly too. The prices where good too. Flawless did have some bumps along the road but overall I am happy. They contacted me saying that they were moving to a new location and let me know it would take a little longer. In fact it did take a few more days but they upgraded my shipping. Recently, numerous errors have popped up, and I find out that the drive is defective (using IBM's software). I bought a Thinkpad that was not what I expected (no touchpad) and which ultimately proved to be defective. Nevertheless, Euclid required that I pay a 15% restocking fee and of course I paid for return shipping, so I lost $100. Communications with them was poor. Cricket is charging the undersigned with a $3 charge for paying my phone bill on time. I pay my bill at the Cricket Store where I bought 2 phones. They don't mail you a bill. They don't even provide you with an invoice upon paying cash at the store. When I question this their answer was; " if you want an invoice, we will charge you .55 cnts for doing so". I bought a game on 2/14/09. The game was defective. I returned the game 2/16/09. The clerk would not exchange the game and instead referred me to the manufacturer. I was very upset. The return policy says: "Returns with receipts within 30 days..." I bought a Sears Kenmore Oasis HE washing machine two years ago. After 18 months I was told I needed a new control panel which costs 400.00, that's more than a new small machine! it keeps displaying F51 in the middle of a cycle and the wash stops. I've read about a class action suit. Sears made a faulty product and needs to recall and replace the control boards for free. It's a terrible machine. They boast being able to do large loads, you can only do small loads or everything is a tangled mess. When it is working you can was only 1 sheet at a time.
