I purchased a Samsung 50" Plasma TV on 3/2/08. On 8/3/08, it stopped working. No picture, no sound. I ordered a Sony Cybershot Camera DSCS 750. It was sent defective. I spent 4 1/2 hours on the telephone with Dell people-half of the time being held on hold. In the end I was told that they will not replace the camera. It was defective when sent and they will do NOTHING about it. I have a charge of $26.99 on my SPRINT cell phone bill from a CSW? Sprint says they do not know what CSW is. It is a 3rd party fee I have to pay. When I asked the representative " Sprint wants me to pay SPRINT for something they can not tell me what it is'? The representative checked with their supervisor and returned to the phone and said "YES, You Have To Pay SPRINT 26.99 and Sprint has no Idea what it is or if you even requested services from CSW" It gets better- this was on a phone line that was not in service 352-476-4299 and75% of the time their representatives are in Costa Rica, India etc... and speak very poor English at best. read full review »

I purchased an RCA model DRC8335 VCR/DVD unit at Wal-Mart on 12/21/2007 as a gift. It quit working in June of 2008 with both a cassette and a DVD stuck inside. There are confidential information being reviled to the discretion of the company in hope the order goes through for instance: credit card info, etc. I got en email confirming my order. I am still receiving calls from Dell Finance group asking for someone named "Marleen". I have now received 14 calls and spoken to six different people. I have told each of them that they have the wrong number, yet they continue to call. They have apologized and said they will remove my number from the list, this hasn't happened. If I tell them once they have the wrong number when they call from 866-395-5011 they call back next time trying to restrict the caller ID information using *67. The phone has a base station and two extensions. While under warranty, the base station readout area went blank which makes it impossible to program, etc. GE was nice enough to say they would take it back and fix it and it would take 6-8 weeks. SINCE IT WAS THE BASE STATION THAT MEANS I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE FOR 6-8 WEEKS. After speaking with a Supervisor and getting nowhere, I offered to PAY FOR a new phone, send them mine and then they could refund the charge. NOT PROCEDURE THEY SAID.
