I have a Whirlpool Genius Refrigerator (180Ltr - Single door, Whirlpool Premium) which is about 2.5 years old. about 10 days back, suddenly the Door of the fridge broke as the bottom of the door gave away and the door tilted under its weight. Similar complaint as someone else on here. They listed a great price on the GPS, so I ordered one. They sent me an email saying I had to call them for security reasons. On the phone they tried to sell me lots of accessories for the GPS. When I said no, I received an email saying it would be 4 weeks because it was back ordered. I called them and they said it would be two weeks. I called a second time and they said it would be another five weeks before they would ship anything. I told them to cancel the order. $100 rebate scam. After filling out the long applications and submitting the "original" UPC barcode label, they send an email indicating it is denied because the bar code was not sent in. Shop NBC is no help. Their copy of the documentation submittal shows the bar code but there is no phone number where to call. I am totally disillusioned by Samsung. I have samsung Refrigerator, Airconditioners, DVD Player and T.V. Immediately after the warrenty expired the Refrigerator required expensive repair. I bought Sony Ericcson piece last year (Aug, 07). The piece use to regularly under perform under the big brand name. A month ago, RSI (mother board) of the cell phone was damaged automatically and the cell was submitted to the respective service center, since the cell was still in warranty period. In 2007 I bought a HP Pavillion laptop with Vista. Right away it was very sluggish and high operating temps. I called tech support they said I could buy more memory or put in more myself and it would fix all the problems. More memory made it faster but Op Temps were still too high.
