Our freezer 14 months old defrosted twice with loss of content. Our complaints by electronic mail and registered letter have been answered but no satisfaction or any help has been given. Toshiba not honoring warranty. It was in the 1 year period. Took it to the bbb, case was closed because merchant advised the item was discontinued and no longer warrantied by Toshiba. Their reason for not honoring the warranty was "we discontinued the item and all merchants were not supposed to sell the items" . I was contacted by a customer to work on her Sylvania 7in netbook because it wouldn't connect to the internet wirelessly. I did research and found an update to fix the issue. Virgin makes a cheap phone, but you should at least get minimum basic usability for the price, which you don't get at all. The phone itself is always having technical problems, which makes it useless. The billing charges are also fraudulent. I have been fighting with Altech Autopage Cellular for the past couple of months, since last year regarding an upgrade on my account and a new phone. I went from a Everyday Weekender Package to a Talk 500 which is a substantial jump in order to get a better phone being the Nokia N8. I was looking for a specific game and I posted it on the internet. I was contacted by Mr Alistair (CEO) of Dee Kays IT Solutions based in Cape Town. He told me that he still had this game and if I am interested I should pay the money plus and extra fee for delivery and within 24 hours the product will be delivered. My wife tried to suprise me with a backup camera purchased & installed on my truck from AUDIOMAN. Well let me tell ya how suprised I was when she brought my truck home. To begin with the wires from the camera were drooping from the emergency brake cable where they used zipties to "secure" the cable.
