Buyer beware...I had my computer looked at for $200. After a few days the problems all came back. I called them to complain and said that I only had five days to call and complain. It would be another $80 to fix. I passed and said I wsas not interested. I called acer for customer support, their recording has some issues so it hung up on me 4 times. so i found another number, the agent wanted to charge me $129.90 just to talk to a technical support agent on the phone. I am not kidding, I was pretty shocked too when I heard it. Now, it is extremely for me to reach acer, i dug up a number of phone numbers from them, but none of them lets me talk to agents.
