This "business" is a scam. I ordered $124 of DVD's on 9-14-09. No product received but credit cart billed immediately. No reply to numerous emails. "Tracking" on their website worthless. No answer to ph call. Wish I had read this site or the BBB before falling victim to this lowlife. Scammers. Probably related to GDPChina. Very rude customer service, claims on their site to deliver wow gold in 15 mins. More than 5 hours later, still nothing. Emailed, spoke to live chat reps (one of who cut me off and one of whom posted a smiley face after I threatened with a paypal dispute), attempted to contact on msn. Gave up and opened the paypal dispute. Lo and behold, a few minutes later I get a very polite email asking why I opened the dispute and asking me to end it. This newspaper is biased in its opinions or should I say is against collecting views from most writers for the editorial section of the newspaper. Sad too I used to like this paper. I do recall one local official agreed this paper does not care what people think. Someone said the local police keep the newspaper clean and biased so true views are not considered and only certain people may write to the Letters to the Editor section of this paper. I have made my BBB report# 98450789 to try to get this issued solved but so far Direct TV's response doesn't look like they will fix the problem so I need to take this further because I don't like being treated unfairly especially when conversations are recorded. A nice young man named Keelan Malloy came to my door and began a very impressive speech about how he was selling magazines to earn points to go on a trip to Mexico. Having children of my own, it was east to fall for the fundraising spill. I succombed and purchased 2 magazines. AT&T is pulling a bait and switch scam by quoting one price on the phone to get you to switch providers and sell you a bundled service with internet/TV/Phone. Beware. When the installation is complete and the bill comes, it is at a higher price. Now, try and get them to correct this. Att Real Yellow Pages is nothing but a huge rip off. Just as most of the other companies listed have reported, they will not work with you on your advertizing needs. They are all about selling you more and more. If you want to cut your bill down they won't give you any discounts, small just means more money. OK, they said that the switch to digital t.v. was supposed to be for the good and that was easier to broadcast. Well...everything in life that is easier, is not always better. I took a book called Treasure Maps of the Superstitions (by Amy Mosier, my maiden name) to Bruce Fischer to be published. I checked him out and he seemed credible. I am a big fan of NYPD BLUE and when I saw an advertisement to buy all twelve season on dvd I jumped at the chance. I received my order. I am extremely upset by the product in which I received. The dvds are copies of the NYPD BLUE season #1 to #4 and the season #5 to #12 are taped off the TV. I started to watch season #5 and in the lower corner if the screen it says "TNT" .
