I live here in Morro Bay just a few blocks from the Morro Bay Aquarium. I have payed and entered the aquarium before and was horrified by the tiny tanks the seals live in 24/7. I've always been a Windows based PC user, however after repeatedly seeing Apple ads about how much better a Mac is compared to a PC, I decided to purchase a Macbook Pro and give Apple a shot. There is no manual and no one to assist with a very cumberson directory software product. While the price is okay, it seems as though service could be better. I have called several times with set up questions only to get a partial answer. The templates are loud and tacky; the software has poor functionality and in the end, it is a tough business to get into. Some of the disks did not play at all or the second program on the disk will not play. The TV Land logo is in the bottom right hand corner and banners advertising other television series are constantly running across the bottom of the picture.
