I just returned from six flags in NJ. (07/2009) I will never go there again. I am requesting a refund. ( Which no one Can Get I found out ) My family had the worst experience at this park. I ordered a book and gave my credit card #. they charged my acct for the book. a few days later they charged my acct for another $19.95. I called and asked why they took more money from my account and they said I had a 3 day trial membership for discounted books and the membership fee is $19.95/month. My 3 days ended the previous day. I saw nothing about joining a discounted book club. I told her to cancel immediately. I lost $19.95. Why would anyone pay such a fee monthly to order books at discount? It is ridiculous. Using this website was the worst decision I have made with regards to online purchasing of Broadway show tickets. I wanted to attend opening night of West Side Story in March and flew down to NY and was told on the day of the show that my tickets were unavailable even though my credit card had been charged in January for double face value for each ticket. Instead I was offered one ticket for the following night show even though I was supposed to fly out earlier that day. It is horrifying to me that when I go to turn on children's programming for my 5 year old, the previews that are shown in the upper right corner of the On-Demand screen are often violent, sexual or otherwise inappropriate for my son. Comcast should communicate a way to either turn previews off, or even create G, PG, PG-13 or R-rated options for previews. Like many others here, I wish I had seen this site before ordering. My order (Batman TV 20 disc set) took a long time coming, and when it did I found two discs were duplicated and one was faulty, so I emailed asking for replacements, offering to send back the three discs in question. Despite assurances on the site all emails would be replied to within 48 hours, I've had no response to any of my emails. The discs were all hand numbered with stuck on labels.
