NRS called my relentless for two months. I finally just got their magazine but when it came time to be billed the price was way more than originally quoted but they refuse to allow me to cancel saying I agreed to be locked into there service for 6 months. The use several "you won" ploys that are all lies, you still have to pay for all of them. We keep receiving repeat phone calls from this company. They keep upping the price attempting to lock us into a 5 year subscription to cheap magazines. The company had our names, addresses, and phone numbers and asked for credit card and date of birth information. When I refused, the agent became belligerent. The four individuals (2 service reps and 2 managers) that I spoke with to try get a billing mistake resolved did absolutely nothing to help. I was visiting Echuca and purchased a new Dora DVD for $19.95 and went to the place I was staying and played it immediately. The DVD was scratched so I took it back within 30 minutes of purchase. I actually had filed a complaint on the Culver's website on March 1st, but have yet to receive any response. My husband and I usually go to our local Culver's in Owatonna, MN for lunch every Wednesday for their Chicken Salad Sandwich special. My daughter and I went to see a movie and when it was over an employee that hates my daughter and I was standing outside our theatre. My kids and I are watching cartoons when a commercial for Extenze Male Enhancement comes on. It was in the afternoon, not prime time and I've seen it advertised in the mornings also.
