I ordered a DVD series from them for the Carol Burnett Show. It took 13 days to get it and once I did, I was very disappointed. The owner is mexican and is hiring her poor unsuspecting mexican students, working them for the month and then firing them without pay. When you do ask for your pay she says dont bother her or she will call the police. The gaul!!! They called and got me to pay for the renewal of a magazine subscription. They represented themselves as if they were the magazine. This was on 10-March-2009. Today it is a month later and my magazine keeps notifying me that my subscription is about to end. After calling the magazine myself, I learned that they have not received any funds from US Periodicals for the renewal. I have notified my credit card company to dispute the charge. I discovered today that someone got my credit card number and used it to purchase items on CLK Bank.com. CLK Bank gave me an email address associated with my credit card number. There is over $60.00 worth of charges on my account that was not authorized. I am being told that I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I recently signed up with Dish Network through Nor Cal Satellite and experienced the worst service in my life! The owner Dwayne Milton conned me into signing up. Dwayne bashed every other satellite company about their service quality. Nor Cal sent out some young kid who didnt know what he was doing at all! I used to love the Zone Alarm computer suite. It had everything to protect your computer & was great/easy to use. Now the product will not even work.
