I live in the public housing for years. Some tenants in the building turn on their music like more than 8 hours a day. The music is so loud that even the wall is shaking. I purchased and downloaded an article on line from Barton Publishing for $19.95, and found a $1 charge from welwatch on the same monthly statement. I did not really pay attention and then found that for the next two months I received a $29.95 charge from Welwatch. I have advised my Credit Card Co that these charges were not authorized and I received no service. Obviuolsy somewhere in the small print for Barton they have a hooker that signs you up. On September 16, 2008 I purchased the "How the West Was Won" TV series on DVD for a grand total of $73.50 for a Christmas gift from Unforgettable TV Shows. I received the DVDs and found no packing slip and it looked like a home recording job as the cover on the case was photocopied from a picture and all of the discs had a plain paper cover.
