On several occassions, the application has prompted that my license has expired when it was not. The latest incident occurred on 10/25/2008. My subscription doesn't expire until March 2009. I called support twice and they were not able to resolve the issue. The first technician lied and said he would call back to continue to work with me, I had to call support again. The second technician also lied and said he would call back, never heard from him. I worked with them for several hours, leaving my computer vulnerable to viruses. Recently I was checking my bank statements and found that they are drawing £10 per month extra. Also, some months they have charged me twice. I called them and they said they had removed some of my discounts without notifying me. Never responded to emails after buying copy to disk or even till now. Took a chance and used the simplistic program. Halfway through it bogged down causing the computer to reboot to a fatal error bluescreen. It was unable to reboot until I tried 'SafeMode' which didn't work but at least allowed the checkdisk to function. When I first subscribed to this magazine I would receive my issue on the 5th or 6th of the month. Then it was the 7th or 8th, then 9th or 10th, etc. Just received my Nov issue on the 20th of October. We purchased "Panda Antivirus Pro 2009 3 licenses - 12 months". We were given a download link after completion of payment, and downloaded the file and installed it on one machine. I recently attempted to download a video from the playstation network. It takes several hours to do this. I began the download at 7:00pm. It did not complete until the wee hours of the morning. In the process I attempted to watch it while streaming. I only got about 3 minutes into the movie before my stream caught up with the download. So I left it.
