I purchased a 42in. LCD HDTV in March, 2008 from ecost.com. This was supposed to be a open-box tv. I received a refurbished tv. This tv did not work after I paid 869.06 including shipping charges. Our company has had a terrible experience with the staff at Maximizer. We have used Maximizer 9 CRM software with great success. This is in complaint to Verizon and DirecTV service. Which Suck!!! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a triple bundle package through Verizon I finally received it 2 months later and the TV and the satellite never worked never had a *** signal. I work there. I see EVERYTHING... unfortunately. The owner never washes his hands, he sexually harasses his employees, and the customers are cheated on their bill. The infamous wings are precooked halfway through, then left in a large green paint bucket on the floor with no lid. I use to enjoy going to Sonic Burgers where good hot dogs where good last night I went to get a burger rings and a Connie dog with onion rings what did I get a number 1 with cheese that had been setting around until it shrank to less then 1/8 of and inch hard as a rock, the dog wasn’t much better. I should have known something was wrong when my food got to me in record time. The only thing worth eating was the rings.
